Notice According to § 12 Tendering Regulation (VgV)

The application AI LV-Cockpit represents a so-called “alternative electronic means” in award procedures according to § 12 VgV.

Accordingly, the awarding authority must (see § 12 (1) point 1 VgV) grant companies free, unlimited, complete and direct access to this alternative electronic means during the award procedure under a defined Internet address.

This requirement is fully met on the awarding platform [CUSTOMER] by prominently informing the companies of the reference to www.lv-cockpit.de and a corresponding link.

The application AI LV-Cockpit itself is made available to companies without license costs (≙ free of charge), without registration obligation (≙ unlimited), completely and directly for use.
