Requirements for the Use of Electronic Means in Award Procedures.

The electronic means that are generally used in an award procedure are the applications AI TENDERINGMANAGER and AI TENDERINGPORTAL. In addition, other applications can be used, which are named in individual cases, e.g. AI LV-Cockpit for processing AI specification sheets, wingaebxml for processing special file formats for construction tenders, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader etc.

The technical parameters for the submission of offers, participation requests and confirmations of interests by electronic means shall be determined by the application AI TENDERINGPORTAL. Detailed information on the AI TENDERINGPORTAL can be found at (see the terms of use of the respective awarding platform). Access to the application is via web browser (all common browser types are supported).

Encryption and time recording procedures are integrated in the application AI TENDERINGPORTAL and AI TENDERINGMANAGER. In addition to the secure encryption of the offers, the application also documents the time of the offer submission using offer receipt with qualified time stamp.
